特定のドメインとメールの送受信ができない

まったくもってわからない。
ウチの病院と、特定のドメインとのメールの送受信ができないのだ。
　
DNSのレコードも、digの結果も怪しいところがないのにメールサーバーは以下のメッセージを返してくる。

No route to hostって何でやねんなー。

まったく原因わからないのだけれど、先方から送信したメールにこんなエラーが返ってきたそうな。

訳わからん。このblogをみてくれている人で、わかる人いない？
